THOMAS D. McFARLAND
Tom McFarland, received his BA from Michigan State University, a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University, and his Juris Doctor degree from University of Toledo. He was a teacher for 12 years, including an 8 year tenure as a professor at University of Toledo. He has been practicing law and helping injured people for over 30 years. His practice is limited to representing Claimants (he has never represented an insurance company) in personal injury cases, professional malpractice cases, class actions and insurance bad faith cases. He has also represented many claimants in complex litigation where catastrophic wildfires, ignited due to negligence, caused devastation of thousands of acres of land, numerous homes, and personal property. He has also handled numerous bad faith cases against insurance companies who take advantage of their own customers by taking premiums and denying lawful benefits. Tom is currently practicing law in Golden, Colorado, and considers himself very lucky to be practicing law with his 3 sons, all of whom are lawyers.

ZACHARY C. MCFARLAND
Zach McFarland attended undergraduate school at The Colorado College, and earned his degree in International Political Economy in 1995. He graduated from The University of Colorado School of Law in 1998, and immediately formed McFarland Law Offices with his father, who had already been practicing law in the Denver-metro area for many years.

Zach has spent his entire career representing people who have been injured in all kinds of accidents, and who have been unable to receive fair compensation from the responsible parties. Zach has represented people who have been injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and insurance bad faith claims. He is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and lives is Arvada with his wife and two children.
